Non-Profit Expo and Health Fair Registration Form

Saturday, August 16, 2008 from 4 – 7 p.m. First Baptist Church Melissa located at 2600 State Highway 121.

All exhibits are inside unless you request to be outside. After you register, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

Participation is free for non-profit organizations, however, pre-registration is required.

For-profit health organizations can reserve a table by donating $100 for inside space or $50 for outside space. Donations will be given to the Community Food Pantry of McKinney. Additional sponsorships and incentives are available by contacting director@impactweek.org. Please submit your payment to First Baptist Church Melissa, 2600 State Highway 121, Melissa, TX 75454 no later than August 1, 2008.

Fundraising during the Expo is not permitted except by the 2008 Expo Benefactor, Community Food Pantry of McKinney. However, sale of merchandise published or produced by your organization is allowed with prior approval by contacting director@impactweek.org
